Our story

Ecosystem engineers with a vision for the future

Our story

We are ecosystem engineers who combine strategy, design and technology to help organisations understand what they have, what they need and how to get there. Our many years of diverse experience has helped us to see and fix ecosystems; finding solutions for people, processes and technology across many organisations has given us a bird's-eye view.

In fact, the inspiration for Sociust is a bird called a sociable weaver (Philetairus socius), one of nature’s own ecosystem engineers. It builds large, compound, communal nests that help natural ecosystems to thrive, for not just for themselves but other species that use their nests as shade and shelter. We, too, have often wished for a tool that can not just help us to do our job, but set up our clients and their teams for the future evolution and innovation of their ecosystems. We know how to do it and we want others to join us on our mission.
